I have a very good understanding of ADHD because I have it. I believe in personalized strategies, tailored to align with each individual's unique needs, whether they are career, school, or relationship-related.

People with ADHD can hyperfocus, leading to unique problem-solving skills. They tend to be more creative and energetic, which makes life more interesting for them and everyone around them. They often demonstrate strong intuition and empathy. They take risks, which can make them stand out and advance in a company, and may even lead them to become entrepreneurs.

In addition to coaching, I've done marketing for Pfizer, Coca-Cola, Marvel, and many others. I host a podcast where I talk with guests ranging from entrepreneurs who have appeared on Shark Tank to comedians from Saturday Night Live and musicians who competed on The Voice.

Talented People Still Need a Coach

Transform daydreaming into creativity. Instead of being argumentative, use that enthusiasm and persistence to accomplish your goals.

The ADHD brain can hyperfocus leading to achieving more in a day, and having a lot of energy can provide greater physical and mental endurance.

The objective is to help you embrace a new perspective and create an action plan to achieve your goals while maintaining the results.
